Ingredients
| 2 | puff pastry rolls |
| 2 | zuchinis |
| 2 | carrots |
| 100 g | ricotta Sterilgarda |
| 100 g | cooked ham |
| 1 | egg yolk |
Preparation
- Start by cleaning the courgettes and carrots, taking care to remove the two ends and the peel.
- Using a potato peeler, cut the carrots and courgettes into thin slices.
- Cut the cooked ham and the second puff pastry into strips of about two centimetres.
- Place the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper and prick it with a fork.
- Form a base with the Sterilgarda Ricotta.
- Arrange the strips of cooked ham along the edges of the puff pastry.
- Proceed with a layer of zucchini and another layer of puff pastry, then a layer of carrots and another layer of puff pastry. Continue until you reach the center of the pie.
- Finally brush with egg yolk.
- Turn the oven on in static mode at 200 degrees.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve the savory pie both hot and cold!
