100 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
100 g UHT Ricotta Cheese Sterilgarda
300 mL beer dark
300 g carnaroli rice
150 g speck diced
1 L vegetable broth
1 onion
j.e. parsley chopped
Preparation
  1. Slice the onion
  2. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter with the onion
  3. Add the speck
  4. Add the rice and toast
  5. Add the beer, broth and the rest of the ingredients
