Ingredients
| 250 g | ricotta Sterilgarda |
| 1 | vial of vanilla essence |
| 80 g | white wafers |
| 100 g | vanilla icing sugar |
| q.b. | chocolate cream |
Preparation
- In a bowl, add 250g of well-sifted Sterilgarda ricotta and add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix with a spoon.
- Add the wafers carefully crushed with the mixer
- Mix the mixture until it becomes smooth and then cover with cling film.
- Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour to make it easier to work with
- After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator and create balls of similar shape. They don't have to be round.
- To join the two parts add the chocolate cream in the center, so that the sweet kisses have the appearance of lady's kisses.
- Once ready, before serving, leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes so that they reach the perfect consistency and temperature to be enjoyed.
In a bowl, place the Sterilgarda Mascarpone, the sugar, the coffee and the chopped hazelnuts. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Crush ...
