| 300 g | 00 flour |
| 4 | eggs |
| 200 g | granulated sugar |
| 190 g | White Yogurt Sterilgarda |
| 120 mL | sunflower seed oil |
| 16 g | vanilla baking powder |
| q.b. | salt |
| 1 | orange |
| 1 | lemon |
| q.b. | powdered sugar |
| q.b. | burro |
Preparation
- Place the eggs, sugar, and grated orange and lemon zest in a large bowl.
- Beat at high speed with a whisk until frothy.
- Add the seed oil and Sterilgarda Whole Milk Yogurt. Then continue whipping.
- In a separate bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
- Pour the powders into the liquid mixture and continue mixing with a whisk until the result is a creamy and smooth product.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured donut mold.
- Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven when the surface is lightly golden.
- Remove the yogurt donut from the oven and once it has heated through, sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
