Glasses with whipped cream and mandarin mousse

Ingredients
250 mL whipping cream Sterilgarda
q.b. powdered sugar
250 mL mandarin juice
100 mL water
50 mL lemon juice
30 g cornstarch
90 g of sugar
2 mandarin peels
Preparation
  1. Take an electric whisk and whip the Sterilgarda Whipping Cream.
  2. Gradually add icing sugar to taste.
  3. Take another bowl and pour in the mandarin juice and lemon juice, previously filtered through a sieve.
  4. In another separate container, dissolve 30 g of cornstarch in 100 ml of water.
  5. Take a saucepan and pour in the mandarin and lemon juice, heating it over low heat.
  6. First add the sugar, then the water and cornstarch mixture.
  7. Then add the grated peel of two mandarins and continue cooking over low heat, stirring with a whisk for about 10 minutes.
  8. Take some small glasses and first create a layer of whipped cream, then a layer of mandarin mousse and continue in this way until you reach the rim of the glass.
  9. Leave to rest in the refrigerator until the mixture cools.
  10. Serve very cold!
