Ingredients
| 250 mL | whipping cream Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | powdered sugar |
| 250 mL | mandarin juice |
| 100 mL | water |
| 50 mL | lemon juice |
| 30 g | cornstarch |
| 90 g | of sugar |
| 2 | mandarin peels |
Preparation
- Take an electric whisk and whip the Sterilgarda Whipping Cream.
- Gradually add icing sugar to taste.
- Take another bowl and pour in the mandarin juice and lemon juice, previously filtered through a sieve.
- In another separate container, dissolve 30 g of cornstarch in 100 ml of water.
- Take a saucepan and pour in the mandarin and lemon juice, heating it over low heat.
- First add the sugar, then the water and cornstarch mixture.
- Then add the grated peel of two mandarins and continue cooking over low heat, stirring with a whisk for about 10 minutes.
- Take some small glasses and first create a layer of whipped cream, then a layer of mandarin mousse and continue in this way until you reach the rim of the glass.
- Leave to rest in the refrigerator until the mixture cools.
- Serve very cold!
