Creamy Milk Cup with Fresh Strawberries and Crunchy Crumble

Ingredients
400 mL Sterilgarda High Digestibility Milk
200 mL Sterilgarda Lactose-Free Cream
60 g sugar
30 g cornstarch
to taste vanilla
150 g fresh strawberries
80 g plain biscuits
30 g melted butter
Preparation
  1. Heat the Sterilgarda High Digestibility Milk with the vanilla in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sugar and cornstarch, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Allow it to cool slightly, then gently fold in the whipped Sterilgarda Lactose-Free Cream.
  4. Prepare the crumble by mixing the crushed biscuits with the melted butter.
  5. Pour the cream into serving glasses and top with fresh strawberries and crunchy crumble.
  6. Refrigerate before serving.
