Ingredients
| 500 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
| 130 g | sugar |
| 4 | eggs |
| 50 mL | water |
Preparation
- Put the water and sugar in a saucepan
- Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves
- Montare i tuorli con uno sbattitore elettrico. Aggiungere lo sciroppo a filo appena avrà raggiunto i 120°. (per chi non possiede un termometro da cucina basta attendere la formazione di piccole bolle bianche sulla superficie)
- Continue working the egg yolks with the syrup for 10 minutes until you obtain a frothy and cold mixture
- Soften the mascarpone and add it to the resulting mixture
- Mix gently
- Garnish with chopped strawberries
- Refrigerate before serving
