Ingredients
| 300 g | Sterilgarda ricotta |
| 130 g | grated coconut |
| 130 g | sugar |
| 40 g | bitter cocoa powder |
| 30 g | rum |
Preparation
- Mash the Sterilgarda ricotta with a fork and mix it until it becomes a cream.
- Add the sugar and 100 g of grated coconut.
- Mix well and add the cocoa powder and rum.
- Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to rest for at least an hour.
- Take the mixture from the fridge, make balls of 2-3 cm in diameter and roll them in grated coconut to decorate them.
