Ingredients
| 170 g | Flour |
| 2 | egg |
| 3 | oranges |
| 1 | White Yogurt Sterilgarda |
| 120 g | sugar |
| 40 mL | seed oil |
| 1/2 | sachet of baking powder |
Preparation
- Beat the two whole eggs with the sugar for 8-10 minutes, until light and fluffy.
- Squeeze 2 oranges to extract the juice.
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Add the orange juice, seed oil, and Sterilgarda full-fat plain yogurt to the beaten eggs.
- Mix well and add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
- Oil and flour a 20 cm diameter cake tin, preferably a springform pan, and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake the cake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, let it cool, turn it out onto a serving plate and dust it with icing sugar to taste, adding orange slices as decoration if desired.
