Ingredients
| 750 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
| 250 mL | whipping cream Sterilgarda |
| 280 g | sugar |
| 2 g | bicarbonato |
| to taste | salt |
| 1 pods | vanilla |
Preparation
- Cut the vanilla pod and remove the pulp and seeds with a knife.
- Pour all the ingredients, including the Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk and the Sterilgarda whipping cream into a heavy-bottomed pan, mix and place on a low flame.
- After half an hour the mixture will begin to take on an amber hue, adjust the flame to minimum and stir often.
- (during cooking it is recommended to use a whisk to contain any cooking foam)
- After about an hour of cooking the cream will be ready.
- Pour the boiling cream into two sterilized jars.
- Store in the fridge for about a week.
