Ingredients
250 g | Sterilgarda Yogurt Vanilla |
140 g | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
40 g | lemon juice |
100 g | berries or cherries |
40 g | sugar |
Preparation
- In a bowl combine the yogurt with the sugar, lemon juice and milk
- Mix with a whisk to combine the mixture
- Add the fruit to the mixture
- Blend everything with an immersion blender
- Fill the molds and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours
