| 150 g | sugar |
| 80 mL | vegetable oil |
| 120 mL | lactose-free milk Sterilgarda |
| 200 g | all-purpose flour |
| 1 pack | baking powder |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1 q.b. | salt |
Preparation
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil and Sterilgarda High Digestibility Milk.
- Mix in the vanilla, sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin molds.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
