2 œufs
150 g de sucre
80 mL d’huile de graines
120 mL de lait haute digestibilité Sterilgarda
200 g de farine
1 sachets de levure chimique
1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
1 q.b. sel
Préparation
  1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the oil and Sterilgarda High Digestibility Milk.
  3. Mix in the vanilla, sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin molds.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes.
  7. Let cool and serve.
