Ingredients
| 500 g | pork morsels |
| 1 | sachet of saffron |
| 50 mL | Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |
| 150 mL | Cooking Cream Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | pepper |
| 30 g | butter |
| q.b. | 00 flour |
| 30 g | chopped hazelnuts |
| 1 | sprig of rosemary |
Prepare this recipe with:
Preparation
- Flour each pork morsel using '00' flour.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the floured pork pieces, and brown them over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream and saffron to the pan, along with the Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk. Cook with the lid on for 10 minutes.
- Then add the chopped hazelnuts, the rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve.
