ROAST BEEF WITH HERBS IN YOGURT SAUCE

Ingredients
400 g roastbeef
1 bunch of rocket
1 bunch of chives
1 bunch of basil
1 cucchiaio extra virgin olive oil
125 g White Yogurt Sterilgarda
2 teaspoons of natural pink pepper
1 clove of garlic
Preparation
  1. Arrange the roast beef slices on the plate.
  2. After washing them, place the herbs, Sterilgarda Whole-Fat Plain Yogurt, a teaspoon of pink peppercorns, and the garlic in a blender. Blend.
  3. Wash and dry the rocket, then chop it roughly.
  4. Season the roast beef with the yogurt sauce and a drizzle of oil, then place a handful of arugula in the center and a few pink peppercorns for decoration.
