Ingredients
| 1 Kg | boiled potatoes |
| 300 g | white scamorza |
| 200 g | cooked ham |
| 2 | eggs |
| 50 g | grated cheese |
| 100 mL | Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |
| 20 g | butter |
| q.b. | breadcrumbs |
| q.b. | fine salt |
| q.b. | pepper |
Preparation
- To make the potato pie with ham and cheese, first cook the potatoes in boiling salted water.
- Mash the still-hot boiled potatoes with a potato masher in a large bowl, then add the eggs, Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, butter, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
- Add the diced scamorza and cooked ham, then mix until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a buttered and breadcrumb-dusted baking dish.
- Level the dough, giving the surface an irregular shape.
- Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and a little grated cheese.
- Bake the flan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, turning on the grill function 5 minutes before removing it from the oven.
- We recommend letting the potato pie cool for a quarter of an hour before slicing it and enjoying it.
