Ingredients

40 g | farina 00 |
1 cup | white wine |
130 g | 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice |
20 g | butter |
25 g | extra virgin olive oil |
1 | pineapple already cut into cubes |

Preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and flour.
- In a pan over low heat, add oil and butter; as soon as the bottom is very hot, place the chicken and let it brown.
- As soon as they are golden brown, blend with the white wine.
- As soon as the alcohol has completely evaporated, add the 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice and leave to cook, stirring occasionally.
- Add the pineapple cubes and mix.
