Ingredients
| 500 g | of linguine |
| 300 g | of spinach |
| 250 g | of Mascarpone Sterilgarda |
| 25 g | of parmesan cheese |
| 1 | clove of garlic |
| q.b. | of nutmeg |
| q.b. | oil |
| q.b. | salt |
Preparation
- To start, clean the spinach, wash the leaves and steam them for a few minutes.
- Once softened, sauté the spinach in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil. Then add salt and nutmeg and cook for a few minutes.
- Chop them with the help of scissors and add the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and mix until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water, drain and pour it into the pan with the sauce.
- Add the grated Parmesan and toss the pasta to combine with the sauce.
- Serve.
