Lemon Scallops

Ingredients
8 chicken breast slices
50 mL lemon juice
100 g Cooking Cream Sterilgarda
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
q.b. flour
q.b. butter
1 spicchio d'aglio
Preparation
  1. Coat the previously salted chicken slices in flour, coating both sides.
  2. Take a pan and add the butter to melt and then the garlic until it turns golden.
  3. Remove the garlic clove and add the floured chicken slices, browning them on both sides.
  4. Add the lemon juice, pepper (if desired) and let it cook.
  5. Halfway through cooking, add the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken cutlets piping hot with the lemon cream.
