Ingredients
| 8 | chicken breast slices |
| 50 mL | lemon juice |
| 100 g | Cooking Cream Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | pepper |
| q.b. | flour |
| q.b. | butter |
| 1 | spicchio d'aglio |
Preparation
- Coat the previously salted chicken slices in flour, coating both sides.
- Take a pan and add the butter to melt and then the garlic until it turns golden.
- Remove the garlic clove and add the floured chicken slices, browning them on both sides.
- Add the lemon juice, pepper (if desired) and let it cook.
- Halfway through cooking, add the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- Serve the chicken cutlets piping hot with the lemon cream.
