Ingredients
| 250 g | flour |
| 1/2 L | Sterilgarda microfiltered lactose-free whole milk |
| 1 pizzichi | salt |

| 1 tablespoon | seed oil or olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | sugar (optional) |
| 1 bunch | grapes |
| 100 g | mascarpone lactose-free Sterilgarda |
| 1 | kiwi |
| q.b. | powdered sugar or dark chocolate |

Preparation
- Pour the eggs, salt and sugar into a bowl and start working with a fork.
- Sift the flour through a sieve and add it, little by little, to the eggs, continuing to mix. Also add the oil and the Sterilgarda lactose-free milk, mixing continuously with a whisk.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Meanwhile, cut the grapes in half and the kiwi into small pieces or slices.
- Mix the Sterilgarda lactose-free mascarpone with the icing sugar in a bowl.
- Place a small skillet in the oven over medium-low heat and grease it with oil.
- Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan and cook each side for 1 minute and place the crepe on a plate.
- Repeat the operation for each crepe.
- Place a spoonful of mascarpone in the center of the crepe, sprinkle it evenly, then add the grapes and kiwis.
- Fold the crepe in half and in half again, obtaining a fan.
- Garnish as desired with icing sugar or melted chocolate
