Ingredients
8 hake slices
50 g butter
q.b Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda
q.b. rosemary
q.b. salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. Quickly brown the hake in butter, add salt, pepper and cover with Sterilgarda Microfiltered Semi-Skimmed Milk.
  2. After washing it, add a sprig of rosemary.
  3. Cook the fish over low heat until the milk is completely absorbed.
  4. Serve the hake very hot.
