Ingredients
| 600 g | beef fillet (cut into medallions) |
| 200 g | mascarpone Sterilgarda |
| 2 cucchiai | mustard |
| q.b. | pink peppercorns |
| q.b. | salt and pepper |
| q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
- Start preparing the dish by heating the oil in a non-stick pan.
- When the oil in the pan is hot, add the fillets and brown them on both sides until they are nicely golden (about 4 minutes each).
- Now remove the fillets from the pan.
- After lowering the heat, pour the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and the two tablespoons of mustard into the same pan, adjusting the salt and pepper to taste.
- Add two tablespoons of water if the sauce thickens too much.
- Once mixed, place the fillets and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve the fillet garnished with plenty of mascarpone sauce and a few pink peppercorns.
