FILLET WITH MASCARPONE CREAM AND MUSTARD

Ingredients
600 g beef fillet (cut into medallions)
200 g mascarpone Sterilgarda
2 cucchiai mustard
q.b. pink peppercorns
q.b. salt and pepper
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  1. Start preparing the dish by heating the oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. When the oil in the pan is hot, add the fillets and brown them on both sides until they are nicely golden (about 4 minutes each).
  3. Now remove the fillets from the pan.
  4. After lowering the heat, pour the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and the two tablespoons of mustard into the same pan, adjusting the salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add two tablespoons of water if the sauce thickens too much.
  6. Once mixed, place the fillets and cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Serve the fillet garnished with plenty of mascarpone sauce and a few pink peppercorns.
