Ingredients
| 500 g | minced red meat |
| 400 g | Tomato Passata Sterilgarda |
| 450 g | already cooked black beans |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | pepper |
| q.b. | chili |
| q.b. | cumin |
| q.b. | coriander |
| q.b. | garlic |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | olio extravergine d'oliva |
Preparation
- Dice the onion and pepper.
- In a pan, brown the garlic with a drizzle of oil and add the onion and pepper (and chili pepper if desired).
- Add the meat and beans, season with salt and mix, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the Sterilgarda tomato puree, the spices and season with salt.
- Continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
