Ingredients
500 g minced red meat
400 g Tomato Passata Sterilgarda
450 g already cooked black beans
1 onion
1 pepper
q.b. chili
q.b. cumin
q.b. coriander
q.b. garlic
q.b. salt
q.b. olio extravergine d'oliva
Preparation
  1. Dice the onion and pepper.
  2. In a pan, brown the garlic with a drizzle of oil and add the onion and pepper (and chili pepper if desired).
  3. Add the meat and beans, season with salt and mix, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the Sterilgarda tomato puree, the spices and season with salt.
  5. Continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
