A milk that is good from its origin; it is only from Italian selected farms that undergo daily tests all along the production chain. Its taste is rich and natural thanks to a microfiltration process through which the microbiological impurities are removed without reducing the nutritional value of milk. The milk is then heat-treated in a delicate way in order to keep its natural taste.
