Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients
- Form a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Blend the ricotta with the other ingredients
- Add the mascarpone
- Add the chocolate chips and mix
- Make mini shortcrust pastry tarts
- Pour the cream into the tarts
- Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for 60 min
