| 300 g | 00 flour |
| 8 g | baking powder |
| 100 g | chocolate chips |

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together with a spoon the eggs, sugar, seed oil, Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, grated peel, and 100% Sterilgarda Orange Juice.
- Once you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous liquid, add the flour and baking powder and continue mixing to eliminate all lumps.
- Add the chocolate chips so that they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Place the paper liners in the muffin pan and pour two scant tablespoons of batter into each liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Decorate the surface of each muffin with a handful of chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated fan oven at 170°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool and then serve our delicious orange and chocolate muffins.
