Ingredients
| 130 g | water |
| 40 g | turmeric powder |
| 1 | pinch of pepper |
| 150 mL | Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |
| 1 | spoonful of honey |
| q.b | cinnamon |
Preparation
- To prepare the turmeric paste, pour the water into a small saucepan along with a pinch of black pepper and bring to a boil. Once the water has reached the right temperature, turn off the heat and add the turmeric powder.
- Mix until the mixture becomes coarse and thick, then transfer the turmeric paste to a jar for storage.
- Now proceed with preparing the cup of Golden Milk: take a small saucepan and pour in the Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, bringing it almost to a boil and transfer it to a jar. Add a small spoonful of turmeric paste.
- Add honey to sweeten the milk and close the jar with a lid. At this point, take a tea towel to avoid burning yourself with the still-hot milk and shake vigorously.
- The Golden Shake is ready, serve garnished with a little cinnamon if desired.
