Ingredients
130 g water
40 g turmeric powder
1 pinch of pepper
150 mL Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda
1 spoonful of honey
q.b cinnamon
Preparation
  1. To prepare the turmeric paste, pour the water into a small saucepan along with a pinch of black pepper and bring to a boil. Once the water has reached the right temperature, turn off the heat and add the turmeric powder.
  2. Mix until the mixture becomes coarse and thick, then transfer the turmeric paste to a jar for storage.
  3. Now proceed with preparing the cup of Golden Milk: take a small saucepan and pour in the Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, bringing it almost to a boil and transfer it to a jar. Add a small spoonful of turmeric paste.
  4. Add honey to sweeten the milk and close the jar with a lid. At this point, take a tea towel to avoid burning yourself with the still-hot milk and shake vigorously.
  5. The Golden Shake is ready, serve garnished with a little cinnamon if desired.
