Preparation
- After cleaning the octopus, cut it into small pieces
- In a pan, pour a few spoons of extra virgin olive oil and add it to the octopus
- Once browned, add half a glass of white wine until it evaporates
- At this point, add the Sterilgarda tomato puree along with 4-5 cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover everything and cook for 30 minutes on low heat
- Once the octopus is cooked, season with a little parsley. If you like, you can also add a clove of garlic.
