| q.b | Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- Quickly brown the hake in butter, add salt, pepper and cover with Sterilgarda Microfiltered Semi-Skimmed Milk.
- After washing it, add a sprig of rosemary.
- Cook the fish over low heat until the milk is completely absorbed.
- Serve the hake very hot.
