| 400 mL | Long-life Whole Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |

| 150 g | smoked salmon |
| 150 g | strakì Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and grate them into a bowl. Add the onion, baking powder, and flour, then mix everything together.
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the latter until stiff.
- Add the Sterilgarda Whole Milk to the egg yolks and add salt and pepper.
- Also add the whipped egg whites and mix the resulting mixture with the potatoes.
- Using a non-stick pan of a suitable shape for pancakes, drop a little batter and distribute it using a spoon.
- Let the pancake cook for a few minutes until it becomes golden and firm enough to be flipped.
- Gradually arrange the pancakes on a plate and once all the batter is used up, serve the pancakes with the smoked salmon, chives and Strakì Sterilgarda cheese.
