Ricotta and Pear Bruschetta

Ingredients
fette of bread (better like baguette)
250 g ricotta Sterilgarda
2 pears not too ripe
150 g Mixed dried fruit
50 g Liquid honey
Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the pears (there is no need to peel them).
  2. Cut the bread into even slices and roughly chop the dried fruit.
  3. Lightly toast the bread in the oven until crispy.
  4. Spread a generous amount of Sterilgarda Ricotta on each slice.
  5. Cut the pears into thin slices and arrange a couple on top of the ricotta.
  6. Add chopped dried fruit for crunchiness.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of honey, distributing it evenly.
