Ingredients
| fette | of bread (better like baguette) |
| 250 g | ricotta Sterilgarda |
| 2 | pears not too ripe |
| 150 g | Mixed dried fruit |
| 50 g | Liquid honey |
Preparation
- Wash and dry the pears (there is no need to peel them).
- Cut the bread into even slices and roughly chop the dried fruit.
- Lightly toast the bread in the oven until crispy.
- Spread a generous amount of Sterilgarda Ricotta on each slice.
- Cut the pears into thin slices and arrange a couple on top of the ricotta.
- Add chopped dried fruit for crunchiness.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey, distributing it evenly.
Warm the Sterilgarda milk without bringing it to the boil, add the sugar and let it dissolve. Pour the milk over the yeast and leave to rest for 10 minutes ...
