Spiral savory pie with courgettes and carrots

Ingredients
2 puff pastry rolls
2 zuchinis
2 carrots
100 g ricotta Sterilgarda
100 g cooked ham
1 egg yolk
Preparation
  1. Start by cleaning the courgettes and carrots, taking care to remove the two ends and the peel.
  2. Using a potato peeler, cut the carrots and courgettes into thin slices.
  3. Cut the cooked ham and the second puff pastry into strips of about two centimetres.
  4. Place the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper and prick it with a fork.
  5. Form a base with the Sterilgarda Ricotta.
  6. Arrange the strips of cooked ham along the edges of the puff pastry.
  7. Proceed with a layer of zucchini and another layer of puff pastry, then a layer of carrots and another layer of puff pastry. Continue until you reach the center of the pie.
  8. Finally brush with egg yolk.
  9. Turn the oven on in static mode at 200 degrees.
  10. Cook until golden brown.
  11. Serve the savory pie both hot and cold!
