Zucchini rolls with tomato sauce

Ingredients
400 g zuchinis
200 g provola cheese
q.b. grana padano
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
q.b. salt
250 g Tomato Passata
Preparation
  1. Pour two tablespoons of oil into a pan and add the Sterilgarda Tomato Puree, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash the courgettes, trim the ends and cut them into thin slices lengthwise.
  3. Stuff the courgette slices with the provola and cheese.
  4. Roll up.
  5. Preheat oven to 190°.
  6. Pour the sauce into the baking dish, add the courgette rolls and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake the rolls in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
