| 400 g | zuchinis |
| 200 g | provola cheese |
| q.b. | grana padano |
| q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |

Preparation
- Pour two tablespoons of oil into a pan and add the Sterilgarda Tomato Puree, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- Wash the courgettes, trim the ends and cut them into thin slices lengthwise.
- Stuff the courgette slices with the provola and cheese.
- Roll up.
- Preheat oven to 190°.
- Pour the sauce into the baking dish, add the courgette rolls and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the rolls in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
