Preparation
- Use a whisk to mix the cornstarch with the sugar, adding the water and fruit juice a little at a time
- Cook over medium heat until boiling so that the mixture thickens
- Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the fridge
- Whip the Sterilgarda cream and add the mixture previously cooled in the fridge
- Mix well and serve
