Yogurt Donut

Ingredients
300 g 00 flour
4 eggs
200 g granulated sugar
190 g White Yogurt Sterilgarda
120 mL sunflower seed oil
16 g vanilla baking powder
q.b. salt
1 orange
1 lemon
q.b. powdered sugar
q.b. burro
Preparation
  1. Place the eggs, sugar, and grated orange and lemon zest in a large bowl.
  2. Beat at high speed with a whisk until frothy.
  3. Add the seed oil and Sterilgarda Whole Milk Yogurt. Then continue whipping.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
  5. Pour the powders into the liquid mixture and continue mixing with a whisk until the result is a creamy and smooth product.
  6. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured donut mold.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven when the surface is lightly golden.
  8. Remove the yogurt donut from the oven and once it has heated through, sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
