Christmas trunk with Sterilgarda lactose-free mascarpone

INGREDIENTS

  • Sterilgarda lactose-free mascarpone 500 g
  • White bread 4/5 slices
  • Smoked Salmon 250 g

PREPARATION

  • Level the slices of white bread
  • Spread the pastry with 1/2 of mascarpone
  • Add 150 g of salmon and roll
  • Close with transparent film and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Mix the rest of mascarpone with 100 g of salmon
  • Cut about 5 cm and place the part on the long side of the roll
  • Cover with cream
