Ingredients
| 300 g | tagliatelle |
| 300 g | diced speck |
| 50 g | grated pecorino cheese |
| 1 | clove of garlic |
| 100 g | Parmesan cheese grated |
| 250 mL | Béchamel Sauce Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |
| q.b. | salt and pepper |
Preparation
- In a pan, pour a little olive oil together with a head of garlic and heat
- Once the garlic is golden, add the speck and cook for 2 minutes on a high flame.
- Lower the heat and cook for another 6/8 minutes
- Add the desired amount of salt
- Turn off the heat and set aside
- Put the pot with the water for the pasta on the stove and, once it comes to the boil, add the tagliatelle.
- Drain the pasta according to the desired cooking, pour it into the pan with the speck and a ladle of cooking water and stir
- Add the Sterilgarda Béchamel, the cheeses and mix for two minutes
- Serve
