TAGLIATELLE WITH SPECK AND BÉCHAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients
300 g tagliatelle
300 g diced speck
50 g grated pecorino cheese
1 clove of garlic
100 g Parmesan cheese grated
250 mL Béchamel Sauce Sterilgarda
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
q.b. salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. In a pan, pour a little olive oil together with a head of garlic and heat
  2. Once the garlic is golden, add the speck and cook for 2 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Lower the heat and cook for another 6/8 minutes
  4. Add the desired amount of salt
  5. Turn off the heat and set aside
  6. Put the pot with the water for the pasta on the stove and, once it comes to the boil, add the tagliatelle.
  7. Drain the pasta according to the desired cooking, pour it into the pan with the speck and a ladle of cooking water and stir
  8. Add the Sterilgarda Béchamel, the cheeses and mix for two minutes
  9. Serve
