Sweet salami with mascarpone

Ingredients
300 g milk chocolate (or dark)
200 g dry biscuits
250 g mascarpone Sterilgarda
q.b. powdered sugar
Preparation
  1. Place a saucepan half-filled with water on the stove, place a bowl with the roughly chopped chocolate on top and melt in a bain-marie.
  2. Crush the biscuits.
  3. Then pass the biscuits through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the crumbs and leave only the biscuit pieces.
  4. Let the chocolate cool and pour it into a bowl.
  5. Cream the Sterilgarda Mascarpone with a spatula (you can add a couple of tablespoons of icing sugar if you prefer a sweeter salami).
  6. Pour the warm chocolate into the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and stir with a spatula. Add the biscuits and stir.
  7. Pour the mixture onto parchment paper, close it, and roll it up into a salami shape. Seal the edges and refrigerate for about a couple of hours.
  8. Remove the sweet salami from the baking paper and coat it in powdered sugar, then cut it into slices and serve.
