Preparation
- Wash the strawberries well, taking care to remove the green part, and cut them into small pieces.
- Pour the ice into a blender, add the previously chopped strawberries and the Sterilgarda UHT Microfiltered Whole Milk.
- Add the sugar and blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Pour everything into glasses, decorate with a strawberry and fresh mint.
