STEWED OCTOPUS WITH TOMATO

Ingredients
1 1kg octopus
250 g Tomato Passata
4/5 datterini tomatoes
q.b. garlic
q.b. white wine
q.b. parsley
q.b. oil
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
Preparation
  1. After cleaning the octopus, cut it into small pieces
  2. In a pan, pour a few spoons of extra virgin olive oil and add it to the octopus
  3. Once browned, add half a glass of white wine until it evaporates
  4. At this point, add the Sterilgarda tomato puree along with 4-5 cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover everything and cook for 30 minutes on low heat
  6. Once the octopus is cooked, season with a little parsley. If you like, you can also add a clove of garlic.
