Ingredients
| 200 g | flour |
| 250 mL | Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |
| 80 g | tuna |
| 80 g | strakì Sterilgarda |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 cucchiaini | teaspoon of instant yeast for savory preparations |
| 2 cucchiai | extra virgin olive oil |
| q.b. | salt |
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, oil, Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, salt, egg, well-drained tuna, and Sterilgarda Strakì. Mix well with a whisk or fork until the batter is smooth.
- Take a pan, preferably non-stick, and grease it lightly with a little oil, heat it and using a ladle pour in a little batter at a time, forming small circles, brown them and when you see air bubbles forming during cooking, turn them and brown them on the other side as well.
- Place the savory pancakes with tuna and stracchino on a plate and serve them hot or warm.
