Savory pancakes with tuna and stracchino cheese

Ingredients
200 g flour
250 mL Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda
80 g tuna
80 g strakì Sterilgarda
1 Egg
2 cucchiaini teaspoon of instant yeast for savory preparations
2 cucchiai extra virgin olive oil
q.b. salt
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, oil, Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, salt, egg, well-drained tuna, and Sterilgarda Strakì. Mix well with a whisk or fork until the batter is smooth.
  2. Take a pan, preferably non-stick, and grease it lightly with a little oil, heat it and using a ladle pour in a little batter at a time, forming small circles, brown them and when you see air bubbles forming during cooking, turn them and brown them on the other side as well.
  3. Place the savory pancakes with tuna and stracchino on a plate and serve them hot or warm.
