| 300 g | strakì Sterilgarda |
| 150 g | feta |
| 50 g | spring onion fine cut |

Preparation
- Finely chop 50g of spring onions and place them in a bowl.
- Add the feta, dried cranberries, and Strakì Sterilgarda to the bowl.
- Mix everything.
- Spread the resulting mixture on each piadina.
- Roll up the piadina and cut it into slices according to your preferred size.
