Orange yogurt cake

Ingredients
170 g Flour
2 egg
3 oranges
1 White Yogurt Sterilgarda
120 g sugar
40 mL seed oil
1/2 sachet of baking powder
Preparation
  1. Beat the two whole eggs with the sugar for 8-10 minutes, until light and fluffy.
  2. Squeeze 2 oranges to extract the juice.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  4. Add the orange juice, seed oil, and Sterilgarda full-fat plain yogurt to the beaten eggs.
  5. Mix well and add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
  6. Oil and flour a 20 cm diameter cake tin, preferably a springform pan, and pour the mixture into it.
  7. Bake the cake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, let it cool, turn it out onto a serving plate and dust it with icing sugar to taste, adding orange slices as decoration if desired.
