Orange Pork Bites

Ingredients
600 g pork morsels
130 mL 100% Orange juice Sterilgarda
100 mL of water
q.b. flour
q.b. salt
q.b. olive oil
q.b. chives
Preparation
  1. Place the pork chunks in a bowl, add the flour and mix it with your hands to coat the chunks well.
  2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet. Transfer the pork chunks from the bowl to the skillet, shaking it lightly to remove any excess flour and stirring.
  3. Add the water and brown for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt and mix, spreading the resulting cream evenly.
  5. Blend the pork morsels with the Sterilgarda 100% Orange Juice and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
  6. Plate the morsels with the sauce and garnish with chives.
  7. Serve.
