| 375 g | Yogurt Vanilla Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- Skin the mackerel fillets, chop them as finely as possible and then mash them with the prongs of a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the Sterilgarda Sweet Cream Yogurt with the sieved lemon juice and the finely chopped chives. Add the mackerel pulp, mix well, and, if necessary, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cut eight or more slices of bread, toast them, spread a little of the prepared mixture on each one, making sure it remains soft, arrange them on a serving plate and serve together with a rich salad of lettuce and green tomatoes.
