Mackerel and yogurt tartines

Ingredients
8 filetti Smoked mackerel
375 g Yogurt Vanilla Sterilgarda
2 lemons
1 mazzetti chives
q.b. slices of bread
q.b. Lettuce salad
q.b. Green cherry tomatoes
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
Preparation
  1. Skin the mackerel fillets, chop them as finely as possible and then mash them with the prongs of a fork.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Sterilgarda Sweet Cream Yogurt with the sieved lemon juice and the finely chopped chives. Add the mackerel pulp, mix well, and, if necessary, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Cut eight or more slices of bread, toast them, spread a little of the prepared mixture on each one, making sure it remains soft, arrange them on a serving plate and serve together with a rich salad of lettuce and green tomatoes.
