Ingredients
| 800 g | fillet of beef |
| 1 tablespoon | green pepper (peppercorns) |
| 2 tablespoon | brandy |
| 2 tablespoon | mustard |

| 30 g | butter |
| 150 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
| 150 mL | cooking cream Sterilgarda |
Preparation
- Cut the beef into slices
- Add the previously crushed green pepper
- Boil the fillet on a high flame for 2 minutes
- Remove the slices from the pan
- Add the brandy to the remaining cooking juices
- Add the mustard
- Add the mascarpone
- Place the fillet in the pan for a few minutes
