200 mL | partly skimmed milk Sterilgarda |
150 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
1 | guinea fowl boneless |
100 g | bacon |
orange fruit juice Sterilgarda | |
100 g | White bread |

100 g | champignon mushrooms |
Preparation
- Sauté the mushrooms with oil and garlic
- Blend the mushrooms
- Wet the sandwich bread in the milk
- Add the mascarpone to the rest of the ingredients
- Fill the guinea fowl and roll with the bacon
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 90 minutes (after 30 minutes add the orange juice)
