Ingredients
| 6 | eggs |
| 190 g | granulated sugar |
| 250 g | 00 flour |
| 1 | sachet of baking powder |
| 120 g | clarified butter |
| 500 mL | whipping cream Sterilgarda |
| 110 g | powdered sugar |
Preparation
- Beat 6 eggs together with the sugar until frothy.
- Combine the sifted flour, 1 sachet of yeast and the previously melted clarified butter.
- Mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Place the mixture in a previously floured and buttered pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Allow the base to cool.
- In a cold metal bowl add the Sterilgarda Whipping Cream and the icing sugar.
- Whip the mixture with an electric whisk using a concentric circle motion.
- After cutting the sponge cake base into 3 discs, fill the inside and cover with the cream and icing sugar mixture.
- Level with a spatula to obtain a smooth cake.
- Decorate as desired with a piping bag.
