Ingredients
| 175 g | dark chocolate |
| 250 g | whipping cream Sterilgarda |
| 125 g | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
| 25 g | powdered sugar |
Preparation
- chop the dark chocolate
- pour the milk into a large saucepan and heat over low heat
- add the icing sugar little by little and mix with a whisk
- combine the resulting mixture with the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula for a smooth result
- let the mixture cool and in the meantime whip the cream with the whisks
- Add the cream to the chocolate mixture, mixing with a gentle movement from the bottom up
- cover the bowl with cling film and leave to cool at room temperature
- put in the fridge for at least 2 hours and serve
